Kathy is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. She is a Tulsa resident for over 24 years.  As a Realtor and previous business owner in South Tulsa, she has enjoyed assisting clients and used her marketing expertise to reach buyers locally and nationally.  Kathy returned to Tulsa after living in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia areas to raise her family in the South Tulsa community.  She has extensive experience in helping clients with custom building while helping her husband, David Alexander, build a successful residential,  and commercial building business for more than a decade.  She is a great resource for information on new developments and established neighborhoods in the Tulsa Area.

Kathy is actively connected to the community.  Her knowledge of Tulsa’s public and private schools along with youth sports organizations continues to be helpful to local and relocating clients.
